A quote from a job shadowing NSCC Refrigeration & Air Conditioning student:

“Having spent the week with Mike I am more certain than ever that I am pursuing the right trade for me. I saw and experienced quite a few new and interesting things that made we want to learn even more. Above even that I saw the passion and devotion Mike Engram has towards his job and ensuring he satisfies his customers expectations. He truly is the type of technician I endeavor to become. Knowledgeable to the point where he makes it almost look easy to understand and trouble shoot problems, and a trust from his customers very rarely seen. I simply could not have asked to have been able to observe a more capable technician.”
